No! You can cancel your subscription at any time. If you do so during your free trial, you will not be charged. (That’s what makes it a free trial )

How do I get access to all the trombone content?

You activate your free trial by starting a monthly or yearly subscription or purchasing a Lifetime membership. You will not be charged for your subscription until the free trial is over, and you can cancel anytime.
